Laredo is the largest inland commercial crossing between Mexico and the United States, and it is where SIDELL Scrap Metal LLC is legally incorporated. The entire cross-border operation — documentation, regulatory compliance and load consolidation — runs from here.
Material arriving from the Monterrey, Guadalajara and Yucatán peninsula nodes is classified and consolidated in Laredo before export. Fourteen international lanes depart from this point, alongside regional shipments to Houston and New Orleans.
